The surf was OK and we managed to get in a couple of smoking sessions!!! We decided to hang out at this break all day. Adam Blakey (Goons of Doom) bought a kite which he later had to rescue from a palm tree.

Pat is hooked on the latest Harry Potter book and when he's not in the water (which is hardly ever) he's stuck into his book.

We ate lunch at the local burger joint right on the beach and tried to build up some strength for the afternnon session.

Greg and Taylor decided that the gus had been spoilt enough staying in luxury beach front hotel and it was time to "rough it" a bit. That evening we moved into a great backpacker right on the beach at the famous Cave Rock! The backpackers is owned buy another South African surfing legend and big wave master, Rudy Palmboom. Rudy is the coolest guy and he an Pottz had tons to chat about from the old days.

We had dinner in a simple restaurant on the beach which naturally got very loud - as usual! After dinner we chilled out with some drinks at the backpackers a got to bed early-ish.
